    My design process typically involves sketching or laying pieces next to each other to see what is aesthetically appealing.

    As soon as I receive a repair I upload it into my computer and take pictures. Everything is worked on in the order it comes in and typically takes a week to ten days to complete, depending on the repair.

Mechanical watches are precision machines. They're built to last generations, and they do when they're maintained properly. They withstand years of use with their gears being grinded against each other every time they're running. Because these components experience gradual wear and lubrication breakdown over time, it’s recommended to have the watch professionally serviced every 3–5 years to maintain accuracy and longevity.

Battery

When batteries are left inside a watch too long they leak acid into the internal circuit board, parts of the movement, and even the dial. It's recommended to have them changed about every year.

Pressure test

Many watches are made to withstand great depths of water, but the condition of their components that allow them to do so, deteriorate over time. Rubber gaskets in the watch need to be changed every couple of years. Pressure tests reveal any spots where water would be able to get into a watch.

Ring sizing

Over time, your rings may not fit you like they once did, but you don't want to say goodbye to it! Or maybe you were gifted a ring that doesn't quite fit. As a small jewelry store, we have very reasonable prices and good turn around time for sizing rings. You can also request to have your gold or platinum returned to you. We also offer different options for making arthritic shanks.

Diamond setting

Whether it's for an engagement ring, an anniversary ring, or a fun project like transferring diamonds to other pieces, we have the tools to do it! You can send me your own diamonds or we can supply them. We have options for either Natural or Lab diamonds.

Cleaning/polishing

With a nice polishing & cleaning, your piece will look as it did the day you bought it. Our fee for this is very reasonable and it only takes one day to do it!
