Thank you for shopping with us! We strive to make sure your order arrives quickly and safely. Please review our shipping policy below.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

During high-volume periods (such as holidays or special promotions), order processing may take a little longer. We appreciate your patience.

Shipping Carriers

We currently ship through USPS, FedEx, and UPS.
Shipping carrier options are available at checkout. We select the best carrier based on your location, order size, and delivery speed.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:

USPS: 3–7 business days

FedEx: 2–5 business days

UPS: 2–5 business days

Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $500 within the United States.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your shipment directly through the carrier’s website.

Signature Confirmation & Insurance

For your peace of mind, orders over $750 may require a signature upon delivery.
All shipments are insured up to the value of your order while in transit. Once delivery is confirmed by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Shipping Locations

At this time, we ship to addresses within the United States.
We do not currently ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping. However, if your package is missing or arrives damaged, please contact us at jfjewelrystaug@gmail.com with your order number, and we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to additional shipping fees.
